Designed and made in the USA, the innovative X-rest from Montie Design weighs just two pounds. It locks together with a stainless steel pin, and the three sections can be disassembled and transported. The shooting rest is made of sturdy powder coated aluminum and offers a mobile, affordable option for indoor or outdoor shooting, in prone position or on the bench . It provides steady support for many different firearms ranging from semi-auto and bolt action rifles to shotguns, muzzle loaders, carbines and pistols.
The structure of the shooting rest is made from powder coated
5052-H32 aluminum for extreme corrosion resistance. The pin, lanyard,
mounting plate and screw are stainless steel for long life. The rifle
stock is protected by rest bumpers made from EPDM (rubber-like material)
that resists heat up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Product

Easy to Assemble
The X-Rest is easily assembled at the range by sliding the front
supports onto the back support and installing the quick-release pin. Download Assembly

Lightweight (15.3 ounces), places the stock of
the rifle appoximately 6.5 inches from the top of the bench.
Ultralight (10 ounces), especially
handy in the field or on the trail where weight is critical. Places
the
stock of the rifle appoximately 6.5 inches from the top of the bench

ground.
Lightweight (18.5 ounces), places the stock of
the rifle approximately 9.5 inches from the top of the bench.
Especially handy for AR-15s and AK-47s with high capacity clips.
Ultralight (12.1 ounces),
especially handy in the field or on the trail
where weight is critical. Places the stock of the rifle
appoximately 9.5 inches from the top of the bench or ground.
Lightweight (8.5 ounces) and quick to deploy. Just cinch the strap around the tree (up to 17 inches in diameter), adjust and you have an extremely stable shooting point for hunting or tactical applications.
Ultralight (2 lbs), especially handy in the field or on the trail where weight is critical. Provides fine and coarse adjustment for those time when shot placement is critical and it looks really cool on the range.
